Exchange Policy

Non-engraved Rings

If within 10 days of the date you received your ring(s), you want to exchange it for a different style or a different size simply return it to us at the address shown on the Contact Us page and indicate the reason for the exchange request and the ring(s) you want to exchange it for. Be sure to check the website to ensure the style and size you are requesting is in stock. Your replacement ring(s) will be shipped within 14 business days of our receipt of your original ring(s). Exchange policy is limited to one exchange per ring ordered.

Engraved Rings

Our policy for exchanges on engraved rings is the same as for non-engraved rings with the exception that you will need to pay for the cost of engraving on the replacement ring(s). Please include a telephone number when returning your original ring(s) where we may contact you to obtain payment information for the replacement ring(s) engraving cost.

5 Year Warranty Policy

Within 5 years of your receipt of your Forevermore Jewelry ring(s), if the rings become damaged, you may contact us using one of the methods shown on www.ForevermoreJewelry.com. The ring(s) will be replaced at no charge, however you will be required to pay the then current shipping and, if desired, engraving cost as shown on the website for the replacement ring(s).
